Chapter 1 of Succeeding with Agile summarizes of the published research on the benefits of adopting an agile process. I created a presentation based on that research.
The presentation is available in Keynote and PowerPoint format and is released under a Creative Commons license with the hope that others will use and extend it.

Thanks for making this presentation available Mike. Managers love to see numbers, and there are plenty of them in this preso. It’s also great to see the success that other companies have had from implementing Agile.
Thanks, Robert. Yes, I do think managers and executives interested in agile will like some of this presentation. One assumption was that a consultant being asked to propose to a company could add these slides to ones describing his or her prior client success stories and be able to encourage a new company to make the change.
Hi Mike,
Congratulations on your new book Succeeding with Agile: Software Development Using Scrum.
As always your insights and willingness to share with the Agile community at large will add great value as we all collaboratively and adaptively walk down the path of “being Agile”.
I am also excited to see that thought leaders’ life yourself and the Poppendieck’s are placing more of an emphasis these days on effectively dealing with change as part of being Agile.
My article “Agile/Lean Product Development and Delivery – Mastering the Art of Change” in the October edition of the Agile Journal I am hopefull will also add to the cause of effectively dealing with change and will help an individual, team and organization transition to being Agile.
