Hmmm. I’m already an Apple user but this new ad campaign of “Cash for Clunker PCs” makes me want to trade in the old PC in the basement:

Can I get a volume discount for nine PC clunkers? After switching to a Mac, I am seriously considering moving all the home machines to Macs (to reduce my personal admin time).
Hahaha Nice one.
I already had 2 clunkers ready to ship!
I honnestly believed it for 10 seconds
So “Succeeding with Agile” comes out this week
great, cause I just started to implement it at my company. First lecture / introduction was done this morning to the team and the management staff and raised a lot of enthusiasm!
. I used mostly your presentation adapted to our situation. Thanks!
Hello,
come on, what kind of advertising is this site? With all due respect, do you have Apple stocks or what?
It is well known that Apple isn’t a top green company, just check for example this [recent greenpeace scorecard] [1] or google “apple+greenpeace”. There is plenty of litterature on this subject.
So, I may be suffering from a lack of sense of humour but I don’t find the [Who is behind this?] [2] page very funny: claiming that Apple could reduce the global warming is a lie, or pure FUD, not a a joke.

*I* thought the site was funny. Pascal Thivent, you do need a better sense of humor! Of course the site is guilty of the better than thou attitude of mac users over windows, but if you read the site, it does mention “And, no, this isn’t real. But wouldn’t it be nice if were?” And by all means, feel free to make a site dumping on mac users for not having windows.
@Pascal Thivent
It’s a mac user joke, nothing to start a Mac vs TheRestOfTheWorld war
I noticed it was a joke… but, as I said, *I* don’t find it funny (global warming isn’t fun). But nevermind.
@Ryan: By the way, I’m a GNU/Linux user
Global warming definitely isn’t funny and is something to absolutely take seriously. I do think it’s funny, however, to suggest that Windows users are causing it by all that rebooting they do. Consider how much progress will have been made against global warming if we ever are truly consider by excess heat caused by rebooting. By then we’ll have reduced the problems caused by cars, factories, and even the cow methane.
I think it funny (for the record – if we’re counting).
However if you want to do something about Global warming, turn off the D@m PC when you go home at night, or if you’re too lazy to do that at least hit the power switch on that monitor, it’s right there in front of you, easy to reach, you’ll remember to turn it on in the morning – after a few hours.
