I missed the deadline, but I had some thoughts after Martine Devos presentation on agile planning and estimation at Estonia.

1. “Do Scrum not Scam” – Don’t try to fake that you are doing Scrum, just do it. It gives you discipline.

2. “Deliver software not Scrum” – Scrum isn’t value for customer, therefore use your common sense for delivering software and take advantage from discipline what you have learned from Scrum.
