		<description>I missed the deadline, but I had some thoughts after Martine Devos presentation on agile planning and estimation at Estonia.

1. &quot;Do Scrum not Scam&quot; - Don&#039;t try to fake that you are doing Scrum, just do it. It gives you discipline. 

2. &quot;Deliver software not Scrum&quot; - Scrum isn&#039;t value for customer, therefore use your common sense for delivering software and take advantage from discipline what you have learned from Scrum.

And congratulations to winners as well!</description>
